Ethan's First Day of 5th Grade

Ethan went to 5thgrade this year! I really can't believe it! He has grown up so fast! I think he was actually ready for school to start. He is in Uncle Mike's class. In Parowan the parents get to join their kids for the first few hours of school. They learn a little dance and then go to the football field to perform.
Ethan has taken a new interest in his hair, you know actually combing it! He was also very excited about buying some cologne. His cousin from Escalante has some that Ethan thought smelled especially great. So we went on a hunt to find it. We got some that I think he is pleased with. A funny story about Ethan and his smellies. A girl he sits next to in school said to him one day,"are you wearing cologne?" Ethan said,"yes." She then replies,"you are too young!" Ha ha...I told him to tell her that he wears it just for her! Ethan didn't think that was funny at all! Maybe she would rather he stink!
