Kannara Falls

Ethan and I hiked the Kannara Falls with Dan's family. It was so much fun and kind of cold for the 4th of July. Addi stayed home with Grandma Guymon and Dan was working. Ethan totally left me in the dust. He ran and I walked.

The hike takes you through water most of the way and we ended at this rock slide. Ethan of course went down it...cause he is brave unlike his mom. After some coaxing I went down the slide too. Heather told me that I would not be cool if I didn't do it...talk about peer pressure!
Dave convinced Austin and Ryan to go down in a train with him....not smart boys! We were doing so well until this, no injuries! Austin hit his jaw on Ryan's forehead. I bet they both had some pretty bad headaches. Ryan had his girlfriend with him so he couldn't cry...I totally would have cried!
Probably should have had stitches...but, didn't. Grandpa Guymon out hiked us all too. He made it all the way to the top! It was a really fun day. Glad we could spend it with the Guymon's.
